Have you noticed that the prizes line up with the holes directly in front of them?

In
other words, the train voucher will always be found in a middle hole
and not on the edges. The layout of the prizes corresponds with the dig
spots. They are not random. The dig spot for the train voucher will be
between the third spot from the right and the third spot from the left.

If
no habitats are in the lineup I go for the shovel coupon first. If you
strike a bomb and have a good habitat available, it could be worth the
RC to purchase additional shovels at that point.
