Are you trying to trade for a wild card?
Be sure you are opening the correct box!
Please note there are TWO BOXES that cost 500 stars.

You
must scroll to the bottom,
using the slider on the right side to reach
the wild card option.
It is the fourth option down.

Wild Card is only available after the mission gives you the first card.
It
is not necessary to use stars to trade for the smaller boxes first.
Most players agree that the lesser boxes do not help and it is
better to
save stars for wild cards.

You
can choose which stars to trade for the wild but it is time consuming.
If you do not choose, the mission will take your highest value cards
first
and go down from there, so it is to your advantage to select what
you want.

We can trade for one wild card every 24 hours.
There is a countdown timer that will show when the next trade is available.
